So many things to say about this page! Like, like..

1. Dick, RUDE. You should know better than to hit Robin over the head with a crowbar. Plus, brain damage. Ouch.

2. Batman, even more RUDE. Don't make a pun out of Dick's dead parents.

3. Robin, baby, the nickname the "Big D" is probably not--oh, never mind.

And noooow, just a few historical notes on this Batman fan-comic:

I've got it in my head that--in this chapter--it's 1933. I'm no historian, so take some pity on me, but the setting is closing in on the Flapper Girls era and has already started the golden age of Hollywood. The girl from the first few pages(I have a name for her... just don't feel like mentioning it.)--stays true to the fashion of the time, but a lot of the speakeasies (remember it's still prohibition) have some of the 20's women fashion still... I guess some of them have a hard time letting go ;D

Also, for you kids who like a clear timeline, World War I ended in 1918, so it's been around 15 years since Batman has seen Grayson--doesn't mean they don't write (which they probably rarely do.. if ever..), they just haven't been face-to-face. Batman is probably in his mid 40s, while Grayson is in his early 30s/late 20s. While Batman joined the war waaaay early in 1914, Grayson didn't join until the Lusitania sank in 1916. Both before America officially entered the war XD
